ExTrack: Analysis of noisy single-particle tracks of molecules switching between multiple immobile and diffusive states.
Available as an add-on to the ImageJ plugin TrackMate (https://sites.imagej.net/TrackMate-ExTrack/) and as a python package (github.com/vanTeeffelenLab/ExTrack).
